With the latest trunk, delete-windows-on doesn't delete a
window. This is the testcase.
% emacs -Q
C-x 2
C-x b temp RET
ESC : (delete-windows-on (current-buffer)) RET
It should delete the current window (and thus make the
current frame having just one window), but the actual result
is that the current window still exists while showing
*scratch* buffer.
Emacs 23.3 doesn't have this bug.

Sorry. I broke this in revision 105644. I'll hopefully come up with a
more universal fix soon.

Should be fixed in revision 105683. Please try again.
