Dear,

I'm using emacs with feature/native-comp in win10. Recently I found that the `user-init-file' points to `emacs/28.0.50/lisp/emacs-lisp/warnings.el' instead of `c:/Users/xxx/HOME/.emacs'. And also it raises a warinig of `Cannot look-up eln file as no source file was found for c:/Users/xxx/HOME/.emacs.elc`. Until I move my `.emacs' to `.emacs.d/init.el', it works back.

I cannot reproduce this.  Please show a complete recipe for
reproducing the problem.  Could it be that some packages you load
and/or some of your customizations cause this?  Do you have HOME set
in the environment, and if so, where does it point to?
