Yes, I'm also all for it.

As Stefan pointed out, we can keep some (many?) variables as aliasses
for compatibility. Thus I think renaming "sgml-" to "psgml-" is
possible.
More interesting question: Can we add it to stock emacs? I'd like to
help with such an integration.
