But in general the `electric' behaviour will be different between
modes, e.g. Python v. Lisp. A minor mode for using
`backward-delete-char-untabify' seems reasonable from that POV.
However, it seems unnecessary in view of the established usage and
would mean changing yet more longstanding behaviour.
