This would allow bug-fixes etc to perculate faster to end-users -- rather than coupling EWW to the Emacs launch train. Asking specifically because recent fixes have only landed in Master -- not the 25.1 branch, and at this point, there are things in 25.1 that are not in Master -- so even for those building from git@head, it's hard to get all the goodness in one build. --
