Hi.
It looks like you might be committing the same thing to master and
emacs-26 separately? Just commit to emacs-26 and let things get merged
to master. Also, the standard format for Emacs commit messages lists
each changed item, eg:
* lisp/simple.el (region-extract-function, region-bounds): Doc fix.
