Works for me. Please provide a recipe from emacs -Q, and show what the
X-RMAIL-KEYWORDS headers look like. (Starting to sense a pattern here?)

I wonder if yours have the space after the comma:

codemist, codered

I have no idea why rmail changed to including spaces after the commas
separating labels, but it did. It is possible unrmail is not doing
this for labels converted from Babyl format.
