eww and type as keyword for example: emacs
I'm getting (also with emacs-25.0.50):

My crystal ball says that you have cached url data in a file (eg
url-cookie-file) and it has somehow ended up with abbreviated "..."
printed output. So probably you should find and delete it.

Ie, this is http://debbugs.gnu.org/16805, which I see was fixed for the
next release, 25.1, but never closed.

Thanks a lot Glenn!
I didn't know about the url-cookie-file mechanism. I deleted the file
(you can see the offending ... characters below) and eww works again for
me.
I asked this question in StackExchange as well, may I answer my own
question in your name?

BTW, I actually thought that cookies were not saved by default, since
url-cookie-file defaults to nil. But 'url-do-setup' sets it non-nil,
which is ugly. Perhaps Someone feels like tidying it up (moving the init
to the defvar, with :set-after url-configuration-directory, etc.)

Of course, feel free.
