Maybe you can get away with just updating timeclock.el, though that might not work in isolation. http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/emacs/emacs/lisp/calendar/timeclock.el IIRC it's something to do with timeclock-discrepancy being nil.
