Subject: bug#16652: Texinfo index entries should not contain colons
Date: Wed, 05 Feb 2014 03:42:21 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <melhxqc5n6.fsf@fencepost.gnu.org> (raw)

Package: emacs
Version: 24.3
Severity: minor

Grep suggests that doc/ contains 200+ index entries containing colons:

  find . -name '*.texi' -exec grep '^@.index.*:' {} +

Info cannot handle colons in index intries, so they don't work.
