read remote .emacs file

Alo

I have my own machine (A) and a development machine (B) where all 
build/deploying is executed. I ssh to machine B and start emacs. Emacs 
is then forward(X) to machine A. When emacs start I want it to read my 
dot emacs file my machine A. Is it possible?

Maybe you could have an .emacs on B which simply loads A:.emacs via
tramp or such?
