Where can I get the rpm of emacs 21.3?

I don't want to compile emacs 21.3 from source
code although I have downloaded it.
Where can I get the precompiled emacs 21.3, for 
example, rpm format?

If you use rpm, you should get to know

Oh, I apologize, there's no 21.3 on rpmfind... just up to 21.2
But if you use mandrake distro, there's

I think RedHat rawhide has emacs 21.3.

AFAICT, there is no 21.3 RPM package available yet. You can check, for
example, on rpmfind.net.
