I have seen _WIN32, WIN32, __WIN32__ and __MSDOS__ defined by versions
of Borland and/or MSC.  GCC (3.2) defines _WIN32, WIN32, __WIN32__ in
the Mingw version, but not in Cygwin.

WINDOWS32 seems to be a user define, I do not remember that I have
seen that predefined by any compiler.
