sorry but I don't know how to display (and write) semigraphics characters into 
emacs. Can you help me?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'semigraphic character'.  Is it stuff like
line and box-drawing characters?

Anyway, try `M-x list-character-sets'.  Then you'll get a list of
different character sets -- some of them include various non-alfabetic
chars, e.g. mule-unicode-2500-33ff.
