In lispref/display.texi:

      The @code{:height} and @code{:align-to} properties are supported on
    non-graphic terminals, but the other space properties in this section
    are not.

Is it correct that :height is supported on non-graphic terminals?
NEWS says it is :width.

NEWS is correct.  I fixed the manual.
