git branch #=> mybranch
git-new-workdir.sh . /dev/shm/emacs
cd /dev/shm/emacs; git checkout master; git pull
git rebase master mybranch
cd -
git checkout -f mybranch # touches only new files.
rm -rf /dev/shm/emacs
