EMACS_21_1_RC: configure error

EMACS_21_1_RC: configure error

Hello all,

I have checkout EMACS_21_1_RC. When I try to configure emacs then I
get the following error:

Has anybody an idea what the problem is? Is it maybe a problem of the
autoconf version?
