I have installed a fix for this; I don't know if it has any bad effects, but at least it solves the crash for me. Now, tramp is hanging in accept-process-output when I try to open a remote file, but it can be interrupted with C-g. Solving that problem is a different issue ... -- Kim F. Storm http://www.cua.dk
