Is it time to bump emacs-version to 23.0.70? Or .65? Then we can
distinguish old unicode-2 branch builds from the current trunk.

But trunk and unicode branch is not in sync any more and they have the
same version number.

I disabled building on the unicode branch, shortly after the merge, so
it is effectively not there anymore.
