It's gone extinct, but there is a fossil record of it in the online
manual:
http://orgmode.org/guide/DocBook-export.html
It's not linked to from the TOC, but turned up in a DuckDuckGo
search. It should probably be carefully excavated and placed in the
Museum of Paleorgology.
