Minor visual improvement for tables

Hi Carsten and list,

i use orgtbl-mode more and more -- great fun.  Maybe it's just a matter of
taste, but i find the following display more appropriate :

+--------------------+
| A very small table |
+--------------------+

... rather than :

|--------------------|
| A very small table |
|--------------------|

I guess replacing "|" with "+" at the beginning of the table lines is not
that straightforward... but anyway.

What people think on that ?

This is the syntax used by the table.el package.  Such tables
are seen and correctly exported by Org-mode, but if we
want to keep this support, we cannot use the same syntax.
