Hi,

Included is a trivial patch to net/goto-addr.el which removes data: URLs
from goto-address-url-regexp.

I noticed that 'use Data::Dumper;' was being fontified oddly in Perl
files, and tracked it down to this. As far as I know, following such
URLs in Emacs is not terribly useful.
