How to change email on ELPA packages?

Hello,

I've changed my email from <hello@paulwrankin.com> to <pwr@sdf.org> and 
would love it if all Emacs/ELPA stuff could go here, but I keep getting 
diffs from emacs-elpa-diffs@gnu.org sent to the old email.

I've made the change in the package header for fountain-mode.el...

  ;; Author: Paul W. Rankin <pwr@sdf.org>
  ;; Maintainer: Paul W. Rankin <pwr@sdf.org>

...but no luck.

What's the next step I must take?

p.s. I've not yet changed the header for olivetti.el but the maintainer 
email for that should also be <pwr@sdf.org>.

The redirection uses info that's only updated every once in a while, so
it's normal if the change doesn't take effect immediately.

I just forced an update, so hopefully it should apply from now on.
