Hi,
the homepage for jsonrpc.el (https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/jsonrpc.html)
links to
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/elpa.git/tree/packages/jsonrpc
as repository, but that directory doesn’t exist in master. Is that
intentional, or are you planning to add it there?

It's a bug in the GNU ELPA scripts: jsonrpc.el comes from emacs.git
rather than elpa.git.
I'm in the laborious process of fixing it, thanks,
