Not sure I see it fitting our legal discussion (which has more complex dimensions), but I like how it clarifies the importance of "point of view". I'll desist from further debate on emacs-devel about licensure, however, since I don't want anyone to confuse my opinions as an individual with my role as an FSF project maintainer.
