That can do many things, but not all, like for example it doesn't remove the braces in the case you had. And DEFUN of course, but one can turn automatic formatting off in regions of the code. I'd like to see the rules modified so that one automate tools, but I don't see that happening, TBH. Like for the double space after period which the world doesn't use.
