M-x eval-buffer on the (ucs-)normalize.el file posted at:

yields:

   End of file during parsing

After I insert an additional closing parenthesis on line 128 (after the
(defconst ucs-normalize-composition-exclusions ...), it yields:

   Symbol's value as variable is void: in
