Subject: Function to echo a text in minibuffer
Date: Sun, 17 Dec 2006 15:47:04 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <m264cacyo7.fsf@sl392.st-edmunds.cam.ac.uk> (raw)
Hi all,
I am looking for a function that will echo a message in the minibuffer
but that message should not be written to *message* buffer. Something
similar to what eldoc does.
I tried minibuffer-message, but it will keep the mouse busy which is
annoying.
Any ideas?
