Make install as a non-root user that owns /usr/local seems to give me
this msg:

chown: changing ownership of
`/usr/local/emacs/trunk/libexec/emacs/24.3.50/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/update-game-score':
Operation not permitted

Tested on centos 6.5 with emacs trunk.
