Better use "modified" than "unlocked". CVS, SVN, Arch, MetaCVS are supported by VC but do not use locking. Only RCS and SCCS use locking and even the VC support in RCS tries to support a non-locking mode. Nowadays locking is the exception rather than the rule, at least in the free software world. Stefan
