When I do S-down-mouse-1 (mouse-set-font) with fixed 18 (i.e., with -Misc-Fixed-Medium-R-Normal--18-120-100-100-C-90-ISO8859-1), I do not see fontset startup: 20-dot medium which is visible when I start with fixed 20 (i.e., with -Misc-Fixed-Medium-R-Normal--20-200-75-75-C-100-ISO8859-1). Incidentally, Courier fonts 14 and 18 are bigger than fixed 20 and Courier font 12 is smaller.
