Move headline up/down

Move headline up/down

I know how to move subtrees up and down, but how do I change the order of
top-level headline entries (the ones starting with *)?

Thanks -- that works. I tried <S-Up/Down>, which I erroneously thought moved
subtrees, but not headlines ;) What I should have tried, which works for
headlines and subtrees, is <M-S-Up/Down>.

<M-Up> and <M-Down>

(Strangely, *not* <ESc><Up/Down> though, which I tried initially, because
<M-x> *is* the same as <Esc>x for me.)
