* Dynamic mouse menus with describe-key

hello all. 

I'm trying to create dynamic context menus. I can do this by binding a mouse
command to a function that pops up a dynamic menu, but that way I lose the
ability to get documentation for the actual menu items (via describe-key) - it's
the only way I can think of doing it
