Subject: mode-line now has WAY fewer items on it! eg follow-mode
Date: 9 Oct 2013 05:26:22 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <l337fu$5or$1@panix2.panix.com> (raw)

I've noticed that version 24.2.1 of emacs no longer
puts useful things like follow-mode on the mode line.

Even an abbreviation would be better than nothing: follow
rather than follow-mode, say. Of foll.

Work-arounds?

Thanks,

David
