Building emacs from a bzr branch of trunk. Its not clear to me in the
INSTALL.BZR file if you are still supposed to run 'make' after running
'make bootstrap'. Anyone here happen to know?

"make bootstrap" is basically "make bootstrap-clean; make". So you can
run "make" again afterwards, but it's only useful if the first "make"
did not finish successfully.
