cygwin CC-mode

Hi,

I don't have CPP or C mode in my xemacs (version 21.4) under cygwin. I
tried to install cc-mode, but get some errors while trying to byte-
compile:

Compiling /home/Administrator/cc-mode-5.31.3/cc-defs.el...
While compiling toplevel forms in file /home/Administrator/cc-
mode-5.31.3/cc-defs.el:
  !! File error (("Cannot open load file" "regexp-opt"))
>>Error occurred processing cc-defs.el: Cannot open load file: regexp-opt

Done

Please help me comple cc-mode or help making x-emacs cc-mode
compatible.

regexp-opt is bundled with Emacs, but from what you show, it seems it is not
bundled with XEmacs.  It probably comes as a separate package.  Go ask the
XEmacs people on comp.emacs.xemacs to see what you need to do.
This list is specifically for Emacs rather than XEmacs.
