I added all Emacs relevant links I'm aware of. Superfluous ones can be
removed easily. I'm not aware of any link "on gtk's side". Which one
did you have in mind?

None, but since this is in PROBLEMS it means we don't know how to fix it
on Emacs's side, so it might be a bug/misfeature on Gtk's side, so it
seems likely that is should be reported as a Gtk bug.
Then again, I know nothing about this issue,
