On the legal, you can fill the form below and send it as instructed to
the FSF so they can send you the relevant paperwork to sign.
It probably won't be needed at the beginning of your contributions, but
it's always good to have it out of the way anyway.

As for Javascript and Flow support, I suggest you start by finding
examples of concrete problems you bump into and then ask here
about how to attack those problems.
