FWIW, I'm not thrilled about Debbugs. Its web interface obviously sucks and that's a problem. It's email interface is also far from perfect. One of the problems for me is that it doesn't automatically thread bugs (if a reply to a bug is sent without a "in-reply-to" or "references" header, as is sadly common, Debbugs could add such a "references" header so all the messages are automatically threaded in the MUA). But overall, the email interface works well for us. But clearly, we want our users to help us maintain the bugs database and for that we need a better web interface. Still, the need for good email interface is a prerequisite for us. Stefan
