* patch for run-python hang on Win when PYTHONPATH is not set

As path separator is hard coded. This fixes it:

$ pwd
/cygdrive/d/emacs-22.1/lisp/progmodes
$ diff python.el python.el.orig 
1354c1354
<                               (if path (concat path-separator path)))
---
>                               (if path (concat ":" path)))

That is wishful thinking. MS is still alive and on windows the path 
separator is ";".
