Right, you want a biff that says "you've got updates!" There are always a bunch of early adopter users who want the latest and the greatest versions. Such users are valuable for us because they provide quick feedback, initial bug reports etc. before the stuff gets more widely used. So, I would support adding a feature that will help them know when new updates are available. Cheers, Uday
