Updating Emacs manual on www.gnu.org

I don't see the GNU Emacs Calc manual listed here:
  http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/

Also, apparently the GNU Emacs manual has been published in 2007:
  http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/emacs.html

Can we publish a more recent version?  Maybe we should wait
for Emacs 24.1 to be officially released before doing so?

No, the index page was updated in 2007. It hardly ever changes.

Rest assured the versions on the web will be updated at that time, or
soon after.

You don't need that. Checkout the web repo from CVS:

http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=emacs

Uses the same key-based auth as bzr access does.

Be careful, changes go live more-or-less immediately.

So I added the Calc manual (from Emacs 23.4):

I also updated (most of?) the copyright years.
