1. start emacs with -q option
2. eval (setq-default indent-tabs-mode nil)
3. M-x describe-bindings

In *Help* buffer, there is no underline
(highlight as help-xref-button) on functions' name.

Thanks for the bug report.  I believe this was already fixed in Emacs
22.2.
