Looks like make-docfile can get confused if a platform-dependent file (ns-win.el) redefines a built-in function. I don't see any way to fix this, other than renaming x-parse-geometry in ns-win.el to ns-parse-geometry, and making the built-in function call that for HAVE_NS.
