Start src/emacs -Q, visit a CVS controlled file, and do C-x v l (ie, run
vc-print-log).  

Emacs displays the *vc-change-log* as expected.

However, I cannot use mouse-1 in the *vc-change-log* buffer, eg, to copy
some text.  When I mouse-1 I get:

I haven't tried 23.1.90.
