Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
 
1. Viewed zip archive with tramp - worked fine.
   "/scp:xxxx:/tmp/my.zip"
2. Pressed <ENTER> on one of the files and got "Opening output file: no
   such file or directory, /tmp/archive.tmp3488-Qf/arc-mode.3488_Ky"
error.
