Subject line says it all. You cannot do `M-x text-scale-mode' in
virgin session.

 of 2009-05-24 on SOFT-MJASON

configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'

I see, then I think I'd rather leave it non-autoloaded for now: it's
just an internal major mode, really.
