Doc string doesn't make clear what the interactive use is, in
particular, which parameters, if any, are used when called
interactively.

In GNU Emacs 23.0.90.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2009-02-01 on SOFT-MJASON
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'

The answer is "none". I've tweaked the doc-string to make this a little
clearer.
