Hi,
The example of a floating holiday in the emacs documentation at:
https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Holiday-Customizing.html
or in lisp/calendar/holidays.el for Hurricane Supplication Day has
that holiday as the fourth Monday in August. It is actually the
fourth Monday in July. See
