I use Emacs for C++ development but without browsing class and without
intellisense. For Expand I use M-/ (dabbrev-expand). It is in fact not
the same thing as intellisense but I plan to try Semantic with
company-mode soon (http://nschum.de/src/emacs/company-mode/). It looks
very nice.
